How shocking. I had no idea that they had this deal going on! I think Dave Thomas will be turning in his grave. I wonder why Wendy’s took the offer though? For how much? $2.34 Billion Stocks. Wendy’s did turn down the first two offers and sales have been declining. When I was a teen I had worked for the chain and it was a fun job. The food is Great! :D  I was really disappointed in the marketing that Wendy’s had been doing when the campaigns with the bizarre guy in the Wendy’s red wig. :( I hope at least Arby’s will improve their marketing campaign.
