Thank goodness for Bloggers who tell it like it is!

This morning I came across two posts today from two different bloggers about making money online. The first blogger was not necessarily talking about making money blogging but making money in general and the second blogger was more referring to make money blogging.

The first Blogger, from SelfMadeChick.com, Christine O’ Kelly, had wrote a Blog Post about how we need to stop listening to Experts and start making some money. She made a very good point about how people think that in order to succeed, they need to read up on these ‘Experts’ to make sure we have all the information down and buy into more information into succeeding. Then she offered some great tips on how to get started immediately, even if you really have nothing to get started with.

The second Blogger, who is quite entertaining BTW . His Blog is named BloggerNoob.com and he had written a Post titled ‘Learn from an eBook?’ and he was going off on a tagent about how listening to JohnChow or ShoeMoney about how to making money isn’t going to help us and that their stats are not based on facts about how to make money blogging. That Blogging is like Poker, it takes practice before you start winning. I believe it. The point is, do not look at Probloggers and expect to earn money that way, it takes persistence and learning from smaller blogs. I do still like ebooks though but nothing that all the Probloggers are pushing and charging for. John Chow does offer a nice FREE eBook though.

Really though, with blogging you have to be yourself and be persistent and then your success will start pouring in if that is what you want, which is to be a Successful Blogger.

Ok aside from this post, as I do not want to do another one…The contest at Bloggin-Ads is still going on for “The One Heck of a Giveaway Contest“. The 12 Winners will be announced on January 31st for the Free Advertising. A lot of Bloggers should be entering in for the free ads and if you are going to enter only one blog contest then this is the one you should enter as this one is IT.
